Medical Teams International
Medical Teams International is a Christian-based organization that implements and supports programs to address the causes and effects of inadequate health care. Their initiatives include training and education to build the skill and capacity of partners, volunteers, staff and those they serve in order to produce sustainable change. There are not specific hand therapy-related trips, but there may be opportunities for a hand therapist on a medical specialty treatment team.
