Christian Ely, MSOT, OTR/L, CHT, COMT

Christian is a Certified Hand Therapist living in Houston, Texas. Originally from Indiana, he graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a double major in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, then an MS in occupational therapy. He has experience in serving upper extremity patients in both the community and hospital setting. Currently, he works at Houston Methodist as a hand therapist and is on faculty with the Houston Methodist Hand Therapy Fellowship.

Christian is also a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist of the Upper Extremity. He has additional certifications in blood flow restriction therapy, functional dry needling, and is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with the American Academy of Sports Medicine. In his free time, Christian enjoys staying active, driving his jeep to the beach, exploring craft breweries and distilleries, and relaxing with his English Bull Dog “Jyn.”
