I am reaching out to our 2019 Annual Meeting Attendees to remind you of ASHT’s Share the gLOVEs campaign. Every year we reach out to serve the local community in which our Annual Meeting is held by providing gloves to those in need. This year we are donating to Independence Now. Independence Now is a resource and advocacy center that promotes independent living and equal access for people of all ages with all types of disabilities residing in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. Winter gloves, wheelchair gloves and cycling gloves are needed in adult and children’s sizes. As the meeting is only a matter of weeks away, please plan ahead to have them ready for your trip to Washington D.C. Bring your gloves for donation to the ASHT registration area of the Annual Meeting. Let’s show ASHT members’ dedication to serving others and make a positive impact on the local community.
