National Volunteer Week 2018

National Volunteer Week is an opportunity to celebrate the impact of volunteer service and the power of volunteers to come together to tackle challenges and build strong communities. Each year, we shine a light on the people who lend their time, talent and voice to make a difference in their organizations. I wish I could personally thank each of ASHT's volunteers. Because of their dedication and hard work, ASHT is able to offer a number of member benefits that help grow our organization. I know time is a valuable commodity for hand therapists, and these individuals have donated that precious commodity. Without their contribution of time and talent, our member benefits would be greatly diminished.

We are always in need of volunteers who help us meet our mission of building and supporting the community of professionals who are dedicated to excellence in hand therapy. ASHT strives to be the leader in advancing the science and practice of hand therapy through education, advocacy, research and clinical standards. ASHT values our volunteers' expertise and willingness to share their talents with the hand therapy community. If you are interested in giving back to ASHT, please visit our Volunteer Opportunities page to learn more.

Thank you again to our volunteers. We hope you will continue to share your talents with ASHT in the future. ASHT would not be the same without you. I appreciate you more than words can say.
