CMS Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule for 2020
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released its CY2020 Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule on August 14th. The rule proposes revisions to payment policies that could have a direct impact on hand therapists' reimbursement, documentation requirements, and use of occupational therapy assistants and physical therapy assistants. Download Action Brief

Fiscal Year 2020 Appropriations Process
While Congress took action to avoid a government shutdown, Congressional Democrats and Republicans have until November 21st to reach an agreement on a long-term spending plan for fiscal year 2020 before the current continuing resolution expires. Download Action Brief
