Has your Annual Meeting registration been processed?
If you have faxed or mailed your Annual Meeting registration, allow extra time for processing. For faxes, allow at least three business days. For mail, allow at least ten business days, as all mail is first directed to the bank and then re-directed to the ASSH office.
- Login to the ASSH Web site at www.assh.org.
- Click on "Information for Surgeons and Hand Care Professionals."
- Click on “My Transactions” (At the top of the left navigation bar)
- If your invoice has been processed, you will see an invoice entitled “2009 ASSH/ASHT Combined Annual Meeting.” Click on the invoice number to review the invoice detail.
- If you do not see an invoice there, and it has been more than five business days since you faxed the registration, or ten business days since you mailed it, please e-mail am09@assh.org.
Want to edit your registration or add sessions?
- Access your Annual Meeting invoice in My Transactions on the ASSH Web site (In the "Information for Surgeons and Hand Care Professionals" section. [see above])
- Click on the Invoice Number for your Annual Meeting registration.
- Click on the "add" or "edit" links to make changes to your registration.
- Once you have clicked "finish" you will be taken to a screen with the details of your revised invoice.
- Make sure you find the line that says "Click here to edit or here to proceed to Shopping Cart" and proceed all the way through the shopping cart – even if your new sessions have no charge associated with them. Otherwise, if you simply close this screen, your changes will not be saved.

The cutoff date to reserve discounted housing is Thursday, August 6. Any reservations made after this date are subject to availability and at the hotel's prevailing rates. All cancellations and modifications should be directed to the hotel.
Parc 55 Hotel requires a deposit of one night's room and tax. Any cancellations are to be made 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours of arrival.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

You can prioritize the types of professionals you’d like to meet and discuss topics important to you and your career in hand therapy. Remember to bring your business cards to exchange with your new contacts, including members of the ASHT Board of Directors.

When you are registering, please select up to 10 people to meet, including ASHT Board Members and Division Directors, and/or topics you are interested in discussing with your peers. If you do not want to prioritize your networking interests by selecting 10 people/topics, simply register and topics/speakers will be assigned to you. You must select one topic that most fits your interests. You can also select the "no-meet" option if you are not interested in meeting someone or discussing a certain topic.
