Must be a certified or licensed occupational therapy assistant or physical therapy assistant. |
Must be enrolled in an accredited entry-level (bachelors/masters) occupational or physical therapy degree program |

Submit a photocopy of state license or AOTCD certificate. |
Submit a photocopy of state license or COTA certificate. |

| An active member may vote, hold elected office and participate on, and chair, committees. |
An associate member may serve on, but not chair, committees and may vote only to elect an associate representative.
If an associate member in his/her course of membership becomes a certified hand therapist, it is required that the member sends a copy of his/her HTCC certificate in order to become an active member. |
An affiliate member may serve on, but not chair, committees. |
Student members
may serve on, but not hold elective office or chair committees. Student members cannot vote. |
