Recorded Precourse from Combined Meeting Now Available

A Comprehensive Analysis of Flexor and Extensor Tendon Rehabilitation was recorded at the 2009 Combined Meeting of ASSH and ASHT and is now available for purchase.

Session Description
Rehabilitation of flexor and extensor tendon injuries has historically been characterized by delayed initiation of motion with wrist and digits held in protected positions. Despite the evolution of the literature, many surgeons and clinicians continue to focus on progression of treatment, as opposed to early, controlled motion during the first post-operative week. This precourse introduces participants to the most recent flexor and extensor tendon literature and offers opportunities for careful analysis of clinical practice from an evidence-based perspective.
