ASHT Webinar Instructions

GlobalMeet is ASHT’s new program for delivering webinars. Accessing webinars through GlobalMeet is a simple process:

1. You will register for the webinar through http://www.asht.org/education/confrnc_wrkshp.cfm.
2. At 10 a.m. on the day of the webinar, registration will close. Soon after, you will receive an email from GlobalMeet. The subject line will be the name of the event.
3. In the body of the email, click on the “Connect Me” button to connect to the webinar page.
4. Please log in as a guest with your name and email.
5. Once logged in, a box will pop up offering to “Let the meeting call you.” Enter your phone number, country, and click “Connect me.” The application will dial your phone number. When you pick up, your phone line will be connected to the webinar.
6. You may also manually call into the webinar by dialing ASHT's direct GlobalMeet line. The phone call will provide your audio for the webinar. This can be done on a home or cell phone. This direct number will be listed in the set of instructions provided after registration closes.
