We are currently seeking a Hand Therapist for our Hand Surgery and Therapy department at The Everett Clinic.
The candidate will need the appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy, with current license to practice in Washington state. Three years of prior hand experience is preferable. CHT preferred; will consider CHT eligible candidate with strong hand therapy background.

Job Description:
Hand therapy position in an out-patient practice setting. Orthopedic caseload including a wide variety of traumatic and post op conditions (tendon, nerve, fractures), and patients with UE pain and dysfunction. The hand therapist will have the opportunity to work closely with two hand surgeons (physically located within the Hand Center) as well as two experienced CHT’s.

Southern California Orthpedic Institute (SCOI) seeks OT/CHT for busy out-patient rehab setting. Excellent package to include productivity bonus. The requirements for the position are:
Essential and Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Evaluation of patients referred to the clinic
2. Establish treatment plan of cares
3. Treat using accepted Treatment modalities and Procedures geared to progressing patients toward meeting their functional goals
4. Determines Discharge Planning and implementation
5. Able to safely deliver treatment considering the physical requirements of the job
6. Able to complete all documentation the day services are rendered
7. Meets minimum productivity standards set by CRM
8. Attend a minimum of 30 contact hours per year of continuing education that can include up to 10 contact hours received thru SCOI sponsored educational opportunities.
9. Fulfill duties assigned by the OT 2, Directors or managers.
10. Markets the CRM to outside referral sources as needed.
11. Assures adherence to SCOI and CRM policy
12. Assists in the training of clinical and support staff
13. Assists with the 90 day and annual performance reviews of all clinical staff
14. Able to complete tasks on the computer utilizing various software programs
15. Maintain their License issued by the State of California
16. Maintain in good standing with the Office of Inspector General; AOTA; State Medical Board
17. Maintain current CPR certification
