- Letter to insurance companies requesting meeting or appeal
- Appeal letters
- Letter to include explanation of what hand therapy is
- Outcomes research - patients seen by a hand therapist vs. others
- Costs research - cost of treatment when a patient is seen by a hand therapist vs. others
